Return
If you change your mind about a product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of dispatch of your order. The customer pays for the return costs. The customer must inform us at kontakt@michaelwarming.dk within 14 days of receiving the product in order to obtain the return label.
We need the order number, email address and the reason you want to return.
All products must be in perfect condition with no visible signs of wear and must be returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these criteria. You are responsible for the product until it is delivered to the service point. Always keep receipt and tracking ID for proof of shipment and for tracking.
